Job Summary
For this role as a Global FP&A Intern you will:
- Understand and provide weekly updates about the volume & sales tracking.
- Support and continuously improve the process of collection validation and facilitation of monthly Capital Expenditure Requests ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support monthly reporting and variance analysis of Global Supply results.
- Support the preparation of market reports and management presentations to the Leadership Team.
- Support the global consolidation and validation of monthly/quarterly forecast (LE) and annual operating plan (AOP).
- Support the automation and standardization of recurring reports and analyses including the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams within Global FP&A Supply Finance Business Control Manufacturing and Engineering to gain business insights improve data quality and enhance reporting processes.

Learning Outcomes:
- Understanding the Coffee & Tea business learning insights for specific markets based on geography and business model understanding the overall financial reporting process (Actual reporting Annual Operating Plan Value Creation Plan) learning the PEC (Period end closing) and Forecasting process within company stakeholder management.
- Month End Closing Support / Supporting FP&A team on deliverables during month end closing.
- Reports Improvements/Automation/Improvement ideas on deliverables automation for excel/ppt based reports.
- Team Meetings & Engagement / Participating team events communication within Global FP&A team and stakeholder management.

Heres what were looking for: Â
- Education: You are enrolled in a Masters program for the entirety of the internship preferably in Finance Business Economics.
- Skillset: You possess strong MS Office skills and proficiency in speaking and written English. Having hands-on experience with food & beverage industry is a plus. Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI Power Query is a strong plus.
- Personality: You have a structured approach a driven and energetic personality excellent communication and people skills and the ability to work both in a team and independently. Â
- Availability: You can commit 5 days a week during 6 months of the internship (September 2026 - February 2027). We offer you the opportunity to work 3-4 days in office and 1-2 days remotely ensuring an ideal balance between collaboration and independence.

- Your internship should be included in your study curriculum and directly contribute to your academic results. Â
- Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peets and when joining our Research departments also sign an NDA agreement for internships. Â
- You are either an EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or a Non-EU(EEA) student enrolled and living in the Netherlands during the internship.
