Intern (fmd) Recruiting

About the role:

Are you curious about what it takes to attract great talent and shape the future of a fast-growing international company As a Recruiting Intern youll become an active member of our Talent Acquisition team for six months gaining hands-on experience across the full recruitment process while working closely with experienced recruiters.

From identifying top talent to supporting candidates throughout their hiring journey youll have the opportunity to make a real impact learn modern recruiting practices and build valuable HR experience in an international environment.

About your tasks:

• Identify and engage talented candidates through active sourcing on various platforms and help build strong talent pipelines
• Screen CVs and support recruiters in identifying suitable candidates for open positions
• Coordinate interviews by scheduling appointments and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Support the team with recruitment administration including maintaining candidate data and keeping recruitment processes well organized
• Work closely with the Recruiting team on day-to-day hiring activities while gaining insights into employer branding and talent acquisition

Qualifications :

About you:

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree ideally in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field
• You are organized enjoy communicating with people and have an eye for detail
• You are excited to learn about Talent Acquisition and active sourcing in an international environment; experience with recruiting tools is a nice to have
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
• You have a drivers license and a car or motorcycle etc. to commute independently to the workplace in Sevenum (Note: There is no public transport connection)
