At Coty we are looking for an ambitious Business Analyst Intern who wants to develop strong analytical and business skills within our Revenue Growth Management Europe team. You will gain hands-on experience with pricing promotions mix analytics and business performance tracking working closely with multifunctional teams across Europe.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The scope covers :

• Conduct analyses combining internal and external data (sell-in sell-out market pricing promotion financial and non-financial KPIs).

• Support the evaluation of promotional schemes and ROI per brand customer or pack type.

• Share analysis insights and best practices with local markets.

• Support the implementation and monitoring of RGM initiatives across markets.

• Participate in special RGM or transformation projects (e.g. tool harmonization standardization initiatives documentation and training).

• Study in the field of Business Finance Economics

• Have advanced Excel skills and are comfortable working with large datasets. Experience with Power BI is a pre.

• Are inquisitive by nature and capable of spotting trends in complex data and translating them into actionable insights.

• Are Fluent in English
