Lemon Grass is an authentic Thai takeaway and delivery business in Utrecht known for fresh ingredients traditional flavors and a warm welcoming atmosphere. To expand our kitchen team we are looking for two Independent Working Chefs I who share our passion for Thai food.

• Independently prepare and pass on authentic dishes.
• Guaranteeing quality taste and presentation according to our standards.
• Ensuring compliance with HACCP and hygiene regulations.
• Professionally managing the helpers in the kitchen.
• Inventory management: ordering receiving and checking ingredients.
• Thinking about new dishes and optimization of work processes.

• MBO 3 work and thinking level
• Stress-resistant accurate and responsible.
• Passion for cooking and an eye for quality.
• Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

• Salary between gross per month (depending on experience and knowledge).
• 38-hour working week.
