A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Coordinate inbound shipments and monitor delivery schedules to support timely and accurate receipt of goods
• Review shipment documentation and maintain accurate inbound data in SAP
• Act as a point of contact for carriers suppliers warehouse teams and internal stakeholders regarding delivery status discrepancies and operational issues
• Investigate and help resolve inbound exceptions such as quantity variances damaged goods missing documents or system mismatches etc
• Support inbound administration activities to ensure inventory accuracy product traceability and smooth warehouse execution
• Ensure inbound processes are performed in accordance with internal procedures quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Prepare operational reports monitor inbound performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Previous experience in inbound logistics supply chain warehouse administration or a similar support role
• Good administrative and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience working with Microsoft Office and business systems such as SAP
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
