We are seeking an experienced IFS Functional Consultant to support IFS Cloud and IFS Applications across multiple business domains. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into functional specifications configure IFS modules lead workshops and support full lifecycle implementations. This role requires strong functional expertise hands-on configuration capability and excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within the IFS system.
• Configure and customize IFS modules such as EAM Finance Supply Chain Manufacturing Maintenance Projects HR CRM.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during implementation and postgolive phases.
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle: requirements gathering gap analysis configuration testing training and support.
• Lead workshops and deliver functional demonstrations to business users.
• Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations data migration and reporting.
• Create and maintain system documentation process flows user manuals and training materials.
• Provide enduser support troubleshoot issues and recommend continuous improvements.
• Stay updated on IFS Cloud features enhancements and roadmap developments.

• Minimum 5 years ERP consulting experience.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud.
• Experience in at least 2 full-cycle IFS Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of core business processes: Finance HCM Manufacturing Logistics.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of IFS Aurena interface and IFS mobile applications.
• Industry experience in Utilities (highly preferred).
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Experience working in multicultural environments.
• Knowledge of project management or Agile methodologies is a plus.
• IFS Certification preferred.
