Job Summary
- Design and architect IAM solutions using IBM ISIM/ISAM.
- Implement provisioning workflows and access entitlements.
- Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications and directories.
- Configure SSO MFA and authentication mechanisms.
- Handle L3 IAM incidents and complex troubleshooting.
- Lead IAM solution design and client workshops.
- Define IAM blueprints and delivery strategies.
- Support audits compliance and governance activities.
- Ensure security scalability high availability and DR for IAM environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide knowledge transfer.
- 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) and ISAM.
- Experience in IAM architecture operations provisioning and access lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of SSO MFA SAML and OIDC.
- Experience with infrastructure high availability and clustering.
- Experience integrating IAM with enterprise applications and directories.
- IBM IAM/Security certifications are preferred.
- Graduate/Post-Graduate qualification is preferred.
- Design scalable and secure IAM solutions for enterprise environments.
- Analyze and resolve complex L3 IAM incidents.
- Design and implement provisioning workflows and access entitlements.
- Configure and troubleshoot SSO MFA and authentication mechanisms.
- Ensure high availability disaster recovery and security of IAM systems.
- Analyze existing IAM environments and recommend improvements.
- Conduct client workshops and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong analytical problem-solving and client engagement skills.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
