We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer with strong expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.

The role focuses on secure application onboarding access governance identity lifecycle management SailPoint development automation and integration. The successful candidate will work closely with application stakeholders architects and technical teams to deliver standardized and scalable IAM solutions.

• Manage business application onboarding from initial intake through implementation and acceptance.
• Gather validate and translate functional and non-functional requirements into IAM solutions.
• Configure SailPoint applications according to established architecture and security standards.
• Design and develop SailPoint workflows rules policies and forms.
• Implement and support RBAC ABAC and related access control frameworks.
• Manage identity certification and access enforcement processes.
• Support entitlement and authorization management.
• Apply standard onboarding patterns and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Drive automation and standardization using CI/CD capabilities.
• Collaborate with the SailPoint platform team on deployment and automation pipelines.
• Support OPAL-managed service deployment and integration design.
• Participate in Scrum and SAFe ceremonies.
• Coordinate implementation activities and validate delivered functionality.
• Work closely with application owners and other stakeholders throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
• Support Joiner Mover and Leaver processes and operational IAM activities.

• Minimum 7 years of professional IAM experience.
• Strong Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) experience.
• Hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience.
• Strong application onboarding experience with SailPoint.
• Experience designing and developing complex workflows rules policies and forms.
• Experience implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Experience with Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC).
• Knowledge of Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC).
• Experience with certification processes and access enforcement.
• Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management.
• Strong CI/CD and automation experience.
• Experience working with DevOps methodologies.
• Experience in Agile environments; SAFe experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of security technologies and security policy frameworks.
• Knowledge of entitlement and authorization management.
• Excellent consultancy communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Open Policy Agent (OPA).
• OPAL or similar policy-engine technologies.
• Java Beanshell or JavaScript.
• Integration experience with:

• CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience establishing standardized application onboarding patterns.

The ideal candidate will combine strong SailPoint IdentityIQ development skills with practical IAM governance application onboarding and automation experience.

They should be comfortable working directly with application stakeholders translating requirements into technical solutions and taking ownership of onboarding activities from requirements through acceptance.
