Human Resources Internship

Are you looking for an internship to boost your experience Join our international team!

As an Allround HR Intern you wont be making coffee (unless its for yourself). Youll be right in the middle of everything that makes our people & recruitment operations run drafting contracts to helping us gear up for our Rituals Peak (Black Friday madness and Christmas rush!).

Your key missions:

• Support HR with onboarding imports contracts personnel changes exit processes and data management;

• Be part of our biggest seasonal hiring waves around the holidays;

• Assist with internal HR communication templates and process updates;

• Work with colleagues from different departments to improve the way we support our people.

What Youll Learn

Youll learn a lot but in a fun collaborative environment. Among the many things youll take away:

• Practical experience with HR tools like ATS and HRIS systems;;

Who You Are

Youre curious hands-on and not afraid to ask questions. You love working with and for people. Youre someone who likes to take initiative and enjoys being part of a team where no day is the same.

You are:

• Studying HR Business Psychology or a related field (HBO/WO level) in the Netherlands.

• Organised proactive and eager to roll up your sleeves.

• Comfortable with tools like Excel Outlook or HR systems.

• Fluent in English and preferably in Dutch as well.

• Available from September 2026 for 46 months 3240 hours per week.
