HR Director Global Functions & NL

The role ensures strong HR business partnering to corporate leadership consistent application of HR frameworks and robust governance of Dutch employment conditions across the matrix.

The role is a member of the HR Leadership Team (HRLT).In this role the HR Director acts as an extension of the Chief HR Officer ensuring a strong two-way connection betweenglobalHR strategy and businessline strategy (execution). The role is accountable for translating Nutreco-wide policies and people frameworks into fit-for-purpose business line strategies while actively bringing business insights requirements and local perspectives back to theCHRO/ HRLTto jointly shape future people strategies and priorities.

Key Accountabilities

Strategic Business Partnering

• Act as HR partner to leaders of Global and Central Functions including Digital & IT and Finance.

• Enable effective organization design leadership capability and workforce planning within functionswithin the global teamsas well as in the businessacross the matrixorganisation.

• Lead thepeople side of digital and AI transformations(AI in the workplace)for both our HR operating model and the business

• Act asbusinesspartnertoGlobal HR teamand Facilities NL.

HR Leadership & Governance

• Leadand coachGlobal HRBPs

• Drive consistent application of HR frameworks standards and policies across theglobal functions (into the matrix)

• Ensure clear governance roles and decision rights across functional HR scopes.

Leadership of HR withinthe Netherlands

• Hold central accountability for HR in the Netherlands including legislation compliance employment conditionspoliciesand contract management with local external partners such asAssistVerzuim

• Lead relationships with the Dutch Works Councilon matters related to Global/ Headquartersand coordinatewith Works Council representatives.

Organization & Capability Building

• Shape organization design leadership model and talent pipelines aligned with current and future business needs.

• Own strategic workforce planning forGlobal Functions including critical roles successors and capability gaps.

• Sponsor key transformation and change initiatives withinGlobalandCentral Functions in close collaboration with COEs.

Governance Cost & Performance

• Accountable forrollupand optimization of HR plans and people cost (AP) acrossHR Finance Digital & IT in coordination with Finance and Global Rewards.

• Co-own HR functional cost performance as part of the HRLT including workforce size external spend and operating model efficiency.

• Identifyand drive structural efficiency opportunities (e.g.simplification automationproductivity improvementsoperating model changes)

Enterprise Contribution

• Actively contribute to HRLTdecisionmaking shaping Nutrecos overall HR strategy operating model and transformation agenda.

• Collaborate closely with COEs HR Operations and other HRDs to ensureendtoendHR effectiveness.

• Dotted line: HRBPs operating in the Netherlands (BUs and global functions)and HRBPEruvaka
