Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with managers and leaders toprovideexpert guidance on team effectiveness organisational design workforceplanningand people-related challenges.

• Coach and support managers on performance management employeedevelopmentand business-led people decisions.

• Drive the successful implementation of Weir people processes including talentdevelopmentand broader HR initiatives across the business.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across manufacturing operations supplychainand global functions delivering value-added HR partnership within a matrix organisation.

• Safety First:Demonstrate100% commitment to our zero-harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

Job Knowledge Education and Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Business Partner supporting both blue-collar and salaried employee populations.

• Strong knowledge of performance management managercoachingand employee lifecycle processes.

• Experience working within a complex stakeholder environment ideally supporting manufacturingoperationsor industrial businesses.

• Knowledge of Dutch employment legislation or the ability to quickly learn and apply it effectively.
