Your team

You will join a committed HR teamconsisting ofan HR Business Partner HRManagerand International Payroll Officer. Together you support Damen Services across the full breadth of HR. You will also workcloselywith HR Support the shared servicecenterand variouscentersofexpertisewithin the group. Thiswill giveyoubroad exposure tohow HRoperateswithin a large internationalorganization.

Your role

As a(Junior)HR Advisor youwillcombinehands-onHR support withadvisory work for the beginning you will work closely with an experienced colleague. As you growin the role you willgradually take onmore responsibilityanddevelop intoa trustedpartner for management.

What will you do

• Monitor key HR processes and reporting ensuring timely follow-up by managers on topics such as performance reviews engagement absenteeismand mandatory training.

• Support periodic HR reporting and HR-wide communication.

• Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR questions including onboarding offboardingabsenteeismand development.

• Prepare HR advisory meetings and employee conversations and whereappropriate conduct them independently.

• Contribute to international HR projects and help implement new ways of working.

• Contribute to projects focused on talent development andorganizationaldevelopment.

• Work with colleagues in different countries and gain exposure todifferent culturesand ways of working.

• Identifyopportunities to make HR processes smarter clearerand more effective.

• Gradually join Area Management Teams and Service Line MTs to learn how HR contributes to business direction and decision-making.

Who are we looking for

• You have completed a bachelors or masters degree in HRM BusinessAdministrationor a related field.

• You have around two to three years of HR experience for example as an HR Assistant HROfficeror HR Advisor. Relevant internship experience also counts.

• You are curiousproactiveand not afraid to ask questions.

• You communicate easily with people atdifferent levelsof theorganizationand are a good listener.

• You enjoy working in an international technical environment.

• You have a good command of both Dutch and English.

• The salary range for this role isapproximately 4500to 5000 gross per month based on full-time employment and excluding holiday allowance. The exact classification will depend on your knowledge and experience. This position falls under the CollectiveLabourAgreementMetalektro.

• You will also receive 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days per year based on full-time employment holiday allowance travel allowance (0.25 per km) a good pension scheme flexibility to work partly from home and plenty of opportunities for training and growth.
