Were looking for an experienced and outgoing Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Soho House this role youll play a key part in maintaining the highest standards across our bedrooms and public areas.

Youll conduct daily spot checks to ensure cleanliness presentation and maintenance standards are consistently met. Supporting the Housekeeping Manager youll help train develop and motivate the team while also assisting with planning and organisation. This is a hands-on role so youll occasionally support with cleaning duties alongside administrative responsibilities.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution skills
• Detailoriented with the ability to multitask in a highvolume environment
• Clear communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Flexible availability including evenings nights and weekends
