Health & Safety Responsible, Sales Market NL (mfd)

WHAT YOULL DO
As a Health & Safety Responsible you are responsible for developing and executing the health and safety strategy across the sales market to ensure compliance and safe working conditions.

You will:

• Develop implement and maintain health and safety policies aligned with company standards and local regulations
• Conduct risk assessments audits and investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions
• Lead crisis and incident management processes including reporting analysis and follow-up
• Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders authorities and external partners on health and safety topics
• Promote a strong safety culture through training communication and continuous improvement initiatives

WHO YOULL WORK WITH
You will collaborate closely with Retail Operations People Legal global Sustainability and Facilities teams as well as external authorities and partners. The role requires strong cross-functional alignment to ensure health and safety standards are consistently applied across the sales market.

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with

• A bachelors degree in occupational health safety environmental sciences or a related field
• Professional certification in health and safety is preferred
• Several years of experience in health and safety management ideally in a multi-site or retail environment
• Experience with audits incident management and compliance with regulatory frameworks
• Solid knowledge of local health and safety legislation and standards

• Structured and detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
• Confident communicators who can engage and influence stakeholders
• Proactive and solution-focused in identifying and mitigating risks
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Committed to fostering a safe and compliant working environment
