Nutreco isseekinga strategic and business-oriented Head of Sustainability Solutions to lead the governance developmentlifecyclemanagementand continuous improvement of sustainability-related digital solutions across our globalorganization.
As owner of the global Sustainability Solutions portfolio you will serve as the central point of coordination between(but not limited to)Sustainability Business Lines Business Units Functions and Digitaland Technologyteams ensuring sustainability capabilities and solutions are aligned with business priorities and Nutrecos sustainability strategy. You will drive coherence transparency and collaboration across a growing landscape of sustainability initiatives connecting existing and emerging solutions while avoiding duplication of efforts and maximizing value creation.
Acting as the business ownerwith full accountability and a clear mandatefor sustainability solutions you will translate business needs into clear priorities and roadmaps for Digital teams enabling capabilities such as ingredient sustainability Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) sustainability reporting traceability and future AI-enabled sustainability analytics.
Through strong stakeholder engagement and governance you will ensure solutions are scalable fit for purpose and deliver measurable business impact across Nutrecos global operations.
Main Responsibilitiesandaccountabilities
Own and govern Nutrecos global sustainability solutions portfolio ensuring sustainability capabilities digital solutions and AI-enabled innovations are aligned with business priorities and the companys sustainability strategy.
Partnering closely with Sustainability Digital Data Procurement Finance Marketing and operational stakeholders this role drives the development implementation and continuous improvement of sustainability solutions that deliver measurable business value regulatory readiness and long-term strategic impact.
The role is also accountable for prioritizing and managing the end-to-end sustainability solutions backlog ensuring initiatives are aligned with business priorities and resources are focused on the highest-value parallel itestablisheseffective governance promotes adoption and continuous improvement and ensures global priorities are executed in a coordinated scalable and value-driven manner.

Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management portfolio leadership and the ability to connect sustainabilityobjectiveswith practical digital solutions that support business performance worldwide.
Youllalso need:
Bachelors orMastersdegree in Sustainability Business Engineering Data Digital or a related field.
Approximately 10 years of experience in sustainability digital transformation product ownership program management or related leadership roles.
Strong understanding of sustainability topics including LCA sustainability reporting traceability sustainable sourcing and sustainability data management.
Proven experience working across business sustainability and digital functions in a global environment.
Experience leading complex cross-functional programs portfolios or digital product initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management influencing and change leadership skills.
Experience in agriculture animal nutrition food FMCG ingredients or related industriesis preferred.
Familiarity with agile ways of working and digital product development.
Experience managing product backlogs prioritization processes and demand funnels.
Understanding of AI-enabled solutions and their application within business processes.
Product Owner certification (e.g. Scrum Product Owner) or equivalent agile experience is preferred.
