This position is based in Amsterdam and you will be reporting to the Marketing Director EMEA.

The role forms part of the EMEA Marketing Leadership Team and works closely with Country Business Teams Sales Category Management Revenue Growth Management Supply Chain Operations and R&D to achieve ambitious growth targets while maintaining strong brand equity. 

The Head of Brand Jack Links EMEA is responsible for leading the strategic development and profitable growth of the companys most premium and differentiated brands across the EMEA region. This role is accountable for developing and executing long-term brand strategy driving penetration growth building a strong innovation pipeline and delivering best-in-class marketing execution across all consumer and customer touchpoints. To succed in this position you will:

• Lead brand strategy & growth across EU markets

• Deliver Brand Plans Annual Marketing Plans and market-specific growth initiatives. 

• Drive sustainable consumer penetration and profitable growth across all key markets. 

• Ensure alignment between brand strategy and commercial priorities. 

• Establish and maintain premium execution standards across packaging communication activation shopper marketing digital content and retail execution. 

• Innovation & Portfolio Development: Partner closely with R&D Operations and Commercial teams to bring successful innovations to market. 

• Work closely with Country Business Teams to ensure successful local execution. 

• Team Leadership & Capability Building: Lead coach and develop a high-performing international team. 

A critical success factor for this position is the ability to create protect and elevate a premium-quality brand experience. The successful candidate must ensure that every interaction with Jack Links consistently reinforces quality craftsmanship authenticity and premium value from product and packaging to communication innovation digital content shopper marketing and in-store execution. 

Qualifications :

EU Citizenship and/or a valid work permit is required. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position. All applications must be submitted in English as it is the companys corporate language.

• Minimum of 15 years of FMCG marketing experience across multiple EU markets.
• Minimum of 5 years in a Senior Marketing Leadership role. 
• Demonstrated success leading premium consumer brands. 
• Strong track record in delivering commercial growth through brand building and innovation. 
• Experience developing both established brands and challenger/growth brands. 
• Proven expertise in premium positioning portfolio management communication development and innovation. 
• Experience increasing brand penetration and strengthening brand equity. 
• Strong cross-functional leadership experience across commercial and operational functions. 
• Fluency in English French and/or Dutch would be an advantage.
