What Youll Do

• Lead the Housekeeping team to ensure every guest enjoys a spotless stay; from perfectly made rooms to pristine public and back-of-house areas.
• Keep standards sky-high by training the team on all Housekeeping SOPs making sure theyre followed consistently.
• Coach motivate and develop your team creating an environment where they feel proud of their work and supported in their growth.
• Set clear objectives for the team to ensure the smooth efficient and high-quality cleaning of all hotel spaces.
• Carry out regular inspections and spot-checks of guest rooms and public areas to maintain The Hoxtons standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Build strong relationships with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
• Take a proactive approach to improving systems processes and efficiencies in the department.
• Take ownership of health and safety procedures ensuring all Housekeeping team members are fully trained and compliant.
• Participate in crisis and fire team responsibilities understanding all emergency protocols.
• Keep a close eye on budgets expenses and labour costs; finding smart ways to stay within targets without compromising on quality.
• Oversee Housekeeping stock levels and ordering ensuring supplies are well managed and waste is minimized.
• Collaborate on department projects and contribute ideas that evolve the Housekeeping team and enhance overall operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors ensuring service quality and reliability.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Experience of Micros Fidelio Opera or a similar front desk operating system.
