What youll do

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
• Make whatever the mood calls for from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
• Create and develop seasonal signature cocktails that capture Lottis spirit blending creativity with the latest beverage trends.
• Keep our operational and service standards sharp and consistent shift after shift.
• Work with the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly and tidily.
• Lead inventory management and keep cash control tight and on point.
• Champion HACCP compliance - hitting food safety and hygiene targets and keeping things spotless behind the bar.
• Train coach and develop bartenders fostering a culture of learning accountability and exceptional guest service.
• Handle the accounting and admin side of things keeping reports accurate and on time.
• Support the Bar Manager in pushing innovation raising the bar (pun intended) on performance and delivering memorable guest experiences through creative beverage programming and activations.
