Job Summary
What youll do
- The Engine Room: Master our Delphi system and keep the event calendar running like a well-oiled machine making sure everything behind the scenes is spot-on so bookings glide smoothly from first enquiry through to the event actually happening on the floor.
- End-to-End Planning: Once a bookings confirmed its yours - youll own the planning from start to finish managing every client detail until handover to the operations team then closing it all out in our systems once the event wraps.
- Own our Delphi system inside and out handling daily enquiries logging new requests accurately and keeping the event diary sharp and organised.
- Chase up provisional bookings and help turn enquiries into confirmed business keeping the planning admin tight along the way.
- Help the team send and follow up on contracts and make sure every signed agreement is properly filed.
- Send out invoices and process client payments when theyre due.
- Wrap up sales admin cleanly and accurately so operations can pick things up without a hitch.
- Keep our database in good shape - adding new contacts and keeping client profiles clean in Delphi.
- Keep third-party sites up to date and make sure our seasonal offers are always loaded correctly.
- Support the team by digging up new sales leads scoping the competition and tracking down the right contacts.
- Help load corporate RFPs and keep our Master Account List (MAL) current during negotiation season.
