Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced GoLang Developer / Platform Engineer to join the Development Tooling department within the Platform Technology (IT4IT) organisation. You will contribute to the engineering automation and support of a largescale CI/CD platform used by more than 4000 IT engineers across the organisation.

This role is ideal for a handson engineer with strong GoLang development skills deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure) Kubernetes CI/CD tooling and a SecDevOps mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design develop and maintain GoLangbased applications supporting production CI/CD workflows.
  • Engineer and support CI/CD platform components used by thousands of developers.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with a strong focus on automation and compliance.
  • Provide L2 support for critical business applications and resolve complex incidents.
  • Install configure and maintain COTS solutions on both cloud and onprem environments.
  • Troubleshoot network infrastructure and OSlevel issues (Linux focus).
  • Develop and maintain InfrastructureasCode (Ansible playbooks).
  • Collaborate with platform teams to enhance tooling automation and developer experience.
  • Work with tools such as Azure DevOps SonarQube Nexus Lifecycle Fortify Nexus Repository Manager Confluence Ansible Tower NeoLoad and more.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Strong handson experience as a GoLang Developer.
  • Solid foundation in Azure cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Ansible Tower CI tools and artifact repository tools (e.g. Nexus).
  • Minimum 3 years handson experience as an OPS Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of OS concepts and Linux administration.
  • Experience supporting critical business applications at L2 level.
  • Handson experience with InfrastructureasCode (Ansible).
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL (preferred).
  • SecDevOps mindset with passion for automation.

Work Environment
