As Senior Buyer Packaging Specialties you will join the Global Cycles & Procurement team and play a key role in managing a global portfolio with a strong focus on Big Bags and Specialty Packaging supporting Danones Specialized Nutrition business.

You will be responsible for driving procurement strategies supplier performance business continuity sustainability initiatives and cross-functional projects across multiple regions and manufacturing sites. This role requires close collaboration with factories global suppliers Operations Quality R&I Supply Chain and Procurement teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the global category strategy for Big Bags and Specialty Packaging (spend is 50m) balancing security of supply sustainability innovation and cost competitiveness.
• Lead supplier qualification validation and harmonization initiatives across multiple factories creating standardized ways of working increasing resilience and capturing efficiency opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional category projects across manufacturing plants Supply Chain Quality R&I and Operations ensuring successful delivery of business priorities and category objectives.
• Lead strategic supplier relationship management building strong partnerships with global suppliers while driving performance innovation and long-term value creation.
• Ensure continuity of supply and operational excellence by proactively managing risks developing contingency plans and collaborating closely with manufacturing sites and suppliers to resolve operational challenges.
• Deliver productivity sustainability and innovation programs identifying opportunities that support Danones growth ambitions while advancing the companys packaging and circularity agenda.

The salary range for this role is 85.000 95.000 gross annually (including 8% holiday allowance). Your final offer will reflect your skills and experience while also ensuring alignment with our internal equity and salary framework.
