As aGlobalMarketing Packaging Intern you will support the development of packaging innovation projects helping translate consumer brand and business needs into impactful solutions that keep consumers at the heart of our decision-making. You will also contribute to the marketing packaging strategy across new product development consumer research communication with a strong focus on environmental sustainability.

Your mainresponsibilitieswill be
Supportinnovationdevelopmentfor packagingbasedoncurrentand newresearchconsumervalidation and businessopportunities.
Support packagingtransformationprojectsandprototypefeedback toenhanceconsumerexperience&valuecreation workingcloselywith cross-functionalteams.
Work on theGo-to-marketstrategy preparationsuch asdeployment of packaging innovationtoolkits forlocal marketteams.
Manage design processes& artworkdevelopment in close collaboration withexternaldesign agencies.
Supportbudget trackingand projectadministration.
You are astudentin Marketing Innovation Product Design oranotherrelatedfield with somepracticalexperienceand akeeninterestinsustainability. You areresults-orientedorganized and a strongcommunicatorwith a positive andproactiveattitude. Youwilljoin a teamthatjugglesmanydifferentpriorities.Beingatrueteam playerisessentialand youarecomfortabletakingthe lead andconfidentintakingresponsibilitywhenneeded. You workin astructuredindependentandtimelymannerensuringtasks aredeliveredwithquality.
There arealsosomecompulsoryrequirements
Enrolledasastudentduringthewholeinternshipperiod(ifyouare a non-EUcitizenyouneedto beenrolledata Dutchuniversity);
Ideally available to start in September/October 2026 for a minimum of 6 months 5 days per week;
Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
For non-EU citizens your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
Available to start in August for a minimum of 6 months (ideally 1 year) 5 days per week.
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office (2 -3 times a week)
