AsourCommunications InternyoulljointheGlobal Communications teamandsupporthowweinformengageandinspirecolleaguesacrossBDRThermea.
Youllgainhands-on experience ininternalandexternalcommunicationsworkingon contentcampaignsandstorytellingthatstrengthenourculturebuildourreputationandsupportourstrategicpriorities.
Thisis ahybridrolebasedin Apeldoorn. Weencourageyoutospendatleasttwodaysper week intheoffice.
The internship start date is flexible ideally around September 2026.
Yourkeyresponsibilities
Dependingonyourinterestsandstrengthsyouwillcontributeto:
Contentcreation: Writeandeditarticlesnewsupdatesandleadershipmessagesforinternalandexternalchannels
Storytelling: Help turn complex topicsintoclearengagingstoriesthatresonatewithdifferentaudiences
Internalcommunications: Supportcampaignsthatengageemployeesandbringourstrategyandculturetolife
Digitalchannels: Help manageandoptimisechannelssuchas intranetinternetandsocialmedia
Campaignsupport: Assist in planningandexecutingglobalcommunicationinitiativesandevents
Analytics &insights: Track performanceandengagementmetricstocontinuouslyimprovecommunicationimpact
Whatyoubring
YouarecurrentlypursuingaBachelorsorMastersdegreeinCommunicationsor arelatedfield at auniversityintheNetherlands (WO or HBO-level).
Youhave a strong interest in corporatecommunicationsandstorytelling
Youareproactivecuriousandeagertolearn
Youhave strongwritingandediting skills
You have a keen eye for detail a critical mindset and anorganisedapproach
You are comfortable working in English in an international environment
Nice-to-have:
Experiencewithdigital tools (SharePointCanva etc.)
Knowledge of Dutch is a plus butnota must.
