Where Youll Make a Difference

• Own the global dairy enzymes portfolio including SKU optimization lifecycle management and strategic positioning.
• Develop and manage the innovation pipeline in collaboration with R&D Applications and Commercial teams.
• Drive profitability and growth through pricing strategies cost management and value creation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute successful product launches including go-to-market planning training and post-launch evaluation.
• Support key customer interactions co-development initiatives and technical troubleshooting.
• Contribute to long-term strategy for dairy enzymes identifying market trends competitive insights and growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Regulatory Supply Chain Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment and execution.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Science Biotechnology Biochemistry or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management preferably in enzymes or dairy applications.
• Proven track record in managing P&L and innovation portfolios.
• Strong understanding of dairy processing technologies and enzyme functionalities (e.g. lactases proteases coagulants).
• Experience in global customer engagement and market launches.
• Excellent communication analytical and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (30%).

• Experience in enzyme manufacturing or dairy production.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for food enzymes.
• Strategic mindset with ability to influence across functions and geographies.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
