You are a commercially driven leader with strong emotional intelligence and experience in a complex customer-facing environment. You know how to lead at scale stay close to the business and bring different stakeholders together to make things happen.

You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on leadership style and understand what it takes to run a high-profile location where brand experience operations hospitality and commercial performance must come together every day.

On top of this you bring:

• At least 10 years of leadership experience in retail hospitality events or other branded customer environments
• Strong in-store experience with time spent close to the shop floor
• Proven experience leading a flagship multi-floor or otherwise complex high-volume location
• A strong track record in commercial performance operational excellence and people leadership
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different functions
• The ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and turn ideas into execution
• High emotional intelligence and a leadership style that builds trust ownership and collaboration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus but not required
