As a Functional IGA Specialist you will help improve and future-proofAlliandersauthorisationmodel. Youanalyserole structuresidentifyrisks and inconsistencies and translate complex IAM insights into practical improvements that role owners can understand and this way you help ensure that employees always have the right access rights: not too many not too few.
Your role will involve:
Analysingthe currentauthorisationmodel andidentifyingimprovement opportunities based on risks duplicationinconsistenciesandorganisationalchange.
Translating your findings into concrete improvement proposals for role owners and other stakeholders balancing riskusabilityand manageability.
Engaging with role owners product teams and security to explain choices support decision-makingand build alignment.
Implementing improvements in roles assignments groupstructuresand underlyinglogicwhilemonitoringand evaluating their effectiveness.
Handling incidents and requests related toauthorisationsand ensuring that structural issues are resolved in a sustainable way.
Collaborating closely with the IAM process specialistauthorisationmanagement colleagues architects solution leads and the service desk to make sure role changes are implemented successfully across the full chain.
Proactively exploring opportunities to improve the role structure together with the business with a focus on least privilegeefficiencyand user convenience.

You will be working at our Alliander business unit.
The RAM team is a closeknit multidisciplinary team consisting ofeight experienced professionals aProduct Owner and aScrum Master. Togetherwe work in an agile environment on improving and futureproofing our services. Within the team there is plenty of room for collaboration indepthexpertise and individual initiative. We combine craftsmanship with an open and collegial atmosphere where knowledge sharing and supporting one another are key.
We work in a hybrid way and come together on fixed collaboration days: Monday in Arnhem at the Park Tower right next to Central Station and Thursday in Amsterdam atBasisweg20. From time to time we also work together from Haarlem (Oudeweg).

HBO/WO working and thinking level combined with broad knowledge of Identity & Access Management.
Proven experience (5 years) with differentauthorisationmodels such as RBAC and ABAC as well as role management IAM principles and information security.
Strong analytical skills: youare able torecognisepatternsconnectionsand risks in complex role structures and you have a sharp eye for the context in which those patterns have developed and whether they should continue to exist.
Excellent communication skills: you know how to make complex topics understandable and bring stakeholders along with change.
Experience with SailPoint or a comparable IAM product or the ambition to build thisexpertisefurther.
A proactive mindset and the drive to continuously improve in an agile working environment.
Strong command of English; Dutch is a major advantage.
Attractive salary and benefits package
Based on a 40-hour working week you will receive:
a gross monthly salary of 4.580to 7.585(scale9-10);
annually an Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 18% (full time) or 12.8% (part time) of your gross annual salary. This includes 5.2% ADV (shorter working hours) and 8% holiday allowance. If you do not work full time you are not entitled to ADV. You can have this budget paid out asextrasalary or use it topurchaseextra days off for example.Youchoosetheoptionthatis rightforyou;
24.5 days holiday per year which can be topped up generously from yourIKB;
an end-of-year bonus of 6% of your annual salary inDecember;
a sustainable employability (SE) budget of 700 per year. Choose a payment for a sport or hobby to make your home more sustainable or to reduce your student loan debt with DUO for example.Youdecidehowyourbudget isspent;
the possibility of combining working in the office with working fromhome ifyour position allows.
