Job Summary
As a Functional Analyst Supply Chain & ERP you will:
- Gather and analyze business requirements across supply chain functions
- Perform process mapping and document functional specifications
- Translate supply chain processes into ERP or logistics system functionalities
- Support solution design gap analysis and functional validation activities
- Collaborate closely with developers integration specialists and testing teams
- Coordinate and manage functional testing phases including SIT and UAT
- Prepare test scenarios track defects and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure alignment of solutions with supply chain domains such as procurement warehousing logistics and order-to-cash
What You Bring to the Table:
- 46 years of overall experience as a Functional Analyst in Supply Chain or ERP environments
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management processes
- Experience in requirements gathering process mapping and functional documentation
- Hands-on experience supporting ERP implementations or enhancements
- Functional knowledge of SAP modules such as MM WM EWM SD or PP
- Exposure to logistics systems like WMS TMS or OMS
- Understanding of master data flows and dependencies within supply chain systems
You should possess the ability to:
- Translate business needs into clear functional and system requirements
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams including technical and business stakeholders
- Manage testing cycles identify defects and ensure quality delivery
- Perform gap analysis and recommend optimized solutions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels
- Adapt to changing project requirements in a fast-paced environment
