As a Front-End Project Planner you will play a key role in supporting APM Terminals growth strategy by developing and assuring integrated project schedules for major investment opportunities including new terminal developments mergers and acquisitions and facility expansions. Working closely with multidisciplinary stakeholders you will help establish robust project plans that enable informed investment decisions and support successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated master project schedules for bids and early-stage project execution in accordance with APM Terminals standards.
- Coordinate schedule inputs from internal teams consultants contractors and suppliers to produce comprehensive project plans.
- Analyse project schedules to identify critical paths risks delays dependencies and opportunities recommending mitigation and optimisation strategies.
- Facilitate project scheduling workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment.
- Support project governance by maintaining schedule assumptions documenting changes and performing time impact assessments.
- Prepare project reporting materials monitor procurement schedules and support effective schedule handover to execution teams.
- Promote best practices in planning scheduling reporting and project controls while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

- Degree in a technical engineering construction or project management-related discipline; project management certification is desirable.
- 710 years of project planning experience including ownership of project schedule development within complex capital projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (required) with good working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and international teams.
- Experience with tender planning investment planning contractor schedule management or FIDIC-based projects is advantageous.
