The Role
Were looking for an experienced Floor Manager to support the smooth day-to-day operations of Cecconis Amsterdam our Italian restaurant within the Soho House this role youll be a visible presence on the floor leading service connecting teams and ensuring an exceptional guest experience at every moment.
Youll work closely with both the floor and kitchen teams supervising service serving food and drinks and maintaining a high standard of hospitality. Supporting the Restaurant Manager youll play a key role in training developing and motivating the team while building genuine relationships with our members to create a true home away from home experience.
- Previous experience in a similar floor or restaurant management role
- A strong team player with clear communication skills
- Good time management organisational and administrative abilities
- Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
- Resilient and confident in handling busy or high-pressure situations
- A genuine passion for food beverage and guest satisfaction
