ProCoatingsis een toonaangevende verfgroothandel met 29 filialen in centraal west en noord Nederland. Voor ons filiaal in Woerden zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedrevenFiliaalleiderdie ons team komt versterken.

Jouw rol

Als filiaalleider ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor alles wat er binnen het filiaal gebeurt. Je stuurt het team aan bewaakt de commerciële doelstellingen en zorgt voor een optimale dienstverlening richting onze klanten.

Wat ga je doen

• Eindverantwoordelijk voor alle werkzaamheden binnen het filiaal

• Aansturen begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers

• Zorgdragen voor goede commerciële en technische communicatie met klanten

• Beheren en controleren van de administratie

• Verantwoordelijk voor kasstromen en financiële afhandeling

• Samenwerken met de buitendienst om omzetdoelen te behalen

• Meewerken in de dagelijkse operationele werkzaamheden

• Volgen van vakgerichte opleidingen en cursussen

Wat breng jij mee

• Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring

• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden

• Commercieel inzicht en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor omzet

• Goede organisatorische vaardigheden

• Technische kennis van verfproducten en systemen (of bereid dit te leren)

• Nauwkeurigheid ook in administratieve taken

• Opleidingsniveau: HAVO / MBO

• Rijbewijs B is een pré
