Key responsibilities

Within shipping and logistics pro-active communication and information flow towards our customers is the key in ensuring transparency end-to-end.

As our FCL and LCL Operations Associate - Benelux you will be responsible for a smooth end to end shipment process both import and export.
You will monitor all outgoing and incoming Ocean transport orders for your assigned customers answering customer requests via email by phone or chat.
Be the first point of contact for our customers which makes you the face (or voice) of the company.
You like to go the extra mile to make our customers happy and build strong relationship with them.
Preparation of transport and customs documents.
Finding out-of-the box solutions that improve the supply chain of your customers.
Financial handling of shipments.

Your profile

• You have experience within the shipping and logistics industry (especially Ocean business) and Incoterms dont scare you

• You have an interest in digitalization and shaping the digital future of customer service.

• You can think out of the box to find solutions

• You are motivated to help growing the level of customer service

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• You are an empathetic person who is an excellent communicator relating well to all kinds of people.

• You are fluent in Dutch and English
