Events Operations Waiter

What youll do

• Youre our gatekeeper for our meeting room logistics. You know whos who and whats what.
• Maintain the meeting room area ensuring all rooms are set up correctly and kept tidy at all time.
• You keep on top of our meeting room maintenance and ensuring all the rooms are set up correctly ensuring billing and checking in and out for events are smooth.
• You make sure the food and beverage in the space is top notch at all times and our guests have everything they need.
• You work closely with the rest of the hotel team to ensure you are providing a great experience for our guests from first contact to when they leave and beyond.
• And yes theres a little admin... Some expenses some lists and a stationary order or two. But lets face it we know you love that!
• Tech No issue. You know your HDMI from your USB and your Mac from a PC. Or if youre a technophobe (like some of us!) youre willing to sink your teeth in and learn the ropes. It is the 21st century after all
