Duty Manager Front Office Intern

During this hands-on internship you will gain experience in both Duty Management and Front Office operations giving you a full overview of hotel operations. 

As an intern you will: 

• Be the first point of contact for guests staff and management 

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs in a professional and welcoming manner 

• Support Guest Relations tasks ensuring an excellent guest experience 

• Assist in handling complaints turning challenges into positive outcomes 

• Act as a key link between departments ensuring smooth communication 

• Stay informed about daily operations and ensure guests expectations are exceeded 

• Provide recommendations about Amsterdam and promote the ALL loyalty program 

• Prepare shift reports for management at the end of the day 

You will learn to anticipate guest needs respond to unexpected situations and take on responsibility in a fast-paced hotel environment. 

Qualifications :

• You are currently enrolled in a Hospitality or Hotel Management program 

• You are looking for a practical internship (minimum 20 weeks) 

• You are available on weekdays and weekends including morning and evening shifts 

• You are fluent in English (Dutch is a strong plus) 

• You are social detail-oriented and proactive 

• You enjoy going the extra mile to create a great guest experience
