Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor Relocate to Lisbon

Looking to relocate Were hiring Dutch speakers for a Customer Service Advisor role on a Tech account in Lisbon Portugal.

Youll help users of a major digital platform with account and product support.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 03/Sep/26 20/Aug/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Inbound and outbound calls for e-commerce platform.

Day to day youll handle inbound customer contacts across phone chat and email log details clearly in the internal system and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Dutch and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
