Support customers via phone email and chat
Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
Deliver a positive customer experience aligned with company standards
Collaborate with international teams in a dynamic environment


What Were Looking For

Fluent Dutch and good English communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Availability for rotational schedules
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit

Compensation & Benefits

1100 gross salary paid over 14 months
Attendance Bonus: 100 paid over 11 months
Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day
Welcome Bonus paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year
Health insurance from Day 1 (employee contribution applies initially; fully covered after 6 months)
Relocation support for candidates with valid EU work authorization or Portuguese work permission
