• Position: Customer Support Representative (Dutch & English)
  
• Location: Remote (Based in Athens Greece)
  
• Work Model: 100% Remote in Greece
  
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday (Shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 00:00)
  
• Compensation: 1500 Gross per month
  

• Financial Assistance: Up to 300 initial relocation support for candidates moving from abroad.
  
• Accommodation Support:
  
  • 3 weeks of hotel accommodation near the office upon arrival.
    
  • For Dutch-speaking candidates moving from outside Athens accommodation is provided for the duration of your training before transitioning to remote work.
    
  • Case-by-case relocation assistance available for candidates residing in Greece without home office setups.
    
• Administrative Assistance: Full legal support to help you process all necessary hiring and work documents.
  

• Deliver exceptional customer support via phone email and chat in both Dutch and English.
  
• Assist customers with inquiries troubleshooting and issue resolution in a professional manner.
  
• Work flexibly within rotational shift schedules between 08:00 and 00:00 Monday through Sunday.
  

• Language Skills: Fluent / C1C2 proficiency in both Dutch and English.
  
• Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Athens Greece to work remotely.
  
• Documentation: Candidates are responsible for providing the required legal documents for hiring in Greece (with legal guidance provided).
