Role Overview:

As a Content Reviewer you will review and evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate user-generated content including text images videos and links according to established policies and guidelines.
• Apply moderation standards consistently and objectively to make accurate well-informed decisions.
• Manage user appeals and content-related requests professionally fairly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high content quality and ensure platform standards are upheld.
• Identify emerging trends and flag potentially harmful inappropriate or suspicious activity requiring further investigation.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases in line with internal procedures and compliance requirements.
• Share feedback and recommendations to enhance moderation processes tools and overall operational efficiency.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all platform policies when handling sensitive or potentially disturbing content.
• Keep up to date with policy changes moderation best practices and emerging online safety challenges through continuous training and development.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
