The Role

The Work & Rewards practice helps clients align theirpeoplestrategy with businessobjectivesthrough insightsdataand advisory services.

We are organised as a Multinational cluster working across the Benelux Nordics and Switzerland. Our clients operate across multiple countries and require consistent global frameworks combined with local flexibility to navigate differentmarketsregulationsand workforce expectations. As part of this team you will collaborate with colleagues across Europe and globally to deliver integrated and client-centric solutions.

As a Director in the Work & Rewards Multinational Cluster team you willbe responsible fordelivering a broad range of reward consulting projects across multiple geographies. You will take a leading role in designing and implementing solutions in areas such as job architecture pay structures incentivedesignand reward benchmarking.

You will manage project workstreams and lead small teams ensuring high-quality delivery anda strongclient experience. You will work directly with HR and reward leaders of large multinationalorganisationsto understand their challenges and translate them into practical data-driven solutions.

In addition you will act as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients supporting the development of long-term relationships and contributing to the growth of key accounts. You will work closely with senior colleagues across the business and collaborate with experts in different areas to bring the full breadth of WTW capabilities to clients.

The Requirements

• Strong experience inrewardcompensationor HR consulting

• Experience working withlarge or multinationalorganisations

• Ability to manage and delivercomplex client projects

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly

• Proactive and structured approach to problem solving

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across teams and cultures

• Experience in areas such as pay structures benchmarking incentivedesignor job architecture is an asset

• Fluent in English

• Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Fluency in English.
