The Position

Tommy Hilfiger is looking for a strategic analytically rigorous and commercially minded Director to help shape the long-term value creating direction of one of the worlds most iconic lifestyle brands.

The Brand Strategy team of Tommy Hilfiger is part of the Global Brand Organization that is responsible for Brand Product Marketing and Consumer Brand Experience this role will translate the long-term brand ambition into clear strategic priorities identify opportunities for future growth and address critical questions shaping the brand and business across the broader enterprise including Regions and PVH functions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and partner in driving key elements of the global brand strategy translating the long-term brand ambition and PVH Next Chapter into clear strategic priorities across Product Marketing and Consumer Brand Experience.

Shape strategic priorities and growth opportunities by integrating consumer market and business perspectives evaluating opportunities across markets channels consumer segments partnerships and business models to inform the brands medium- and long-term direction.

Lead work on priority strategic questions and opportunities developing fact-based perspectives and decision-ready recommendations for senior leadership.

Develop competitive brand intelligence across markets identifying meaningful shifts in consumer behavior culture and the competitive landscape and translating them into implications for the brand and business.

Advance strategic performance and team capabilities connecting brand consumer and business indicators to diagnose performance while building AI-enabled ways of working across research synthesis intelligence reporting and knowledge management.

Drive strategic alignment between global and regional teams connecting global brand priorities with marketplace perspectives and surfacing critical choices dependencies and implications for leadership.

The Ideal Candidate

8 years of relevant experience in enterprise strategy corporate strategy brand strategy business development management consulting or a combination of these ideally within or serving a global consumer-facing business.

Strong experience framing ambiguous strategic questions and developing recommendations for senior leadership translating complex inputs into clear choices implications and actions.

Strong consumer market and commercial orientation with the ability to connect consumer insight cultural and competitive shifts brand indicators and business performance to inform strategy.

Demonstrated experience identifying and evaluating growth opportunities across markets channels consumer segments partnerships or business models supported by strong analytical and financial acumen.

Proven ability to influence across global regional and functional teams in a matrixed organization bringing different perspectives together and building alignment without relying on formal authority.

Excellent executive communication and strategy capability building with the ability to simplify complex topics build compelling strategic narratives and apply AI and data tools to improve the quality speed and scalability of strategic work.
