What will you be doing

The Dimension Architect provides technical and design consulting both internally and with the client. This requires technical expertise coordination decision making and teamwork across multiple internal teams.

The goal is to deliver usable efficient and valuable solutions for our clients. Therefore you need to understand how clients view use and segment their data. You will then translate these client needs into technical requirements and build a data model.

You like to work both independently and with (internal) stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. With your strong listening observational and interpretive skills you seek for opportunities to streamline our department.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead design consult and build custom product dimensions (and the related design components) that satisfy the clients business needs while staying within the contracted scope and delivering on time.
• Manage the timelines risks inputs and outputs related to your projects as you will be responsible for managing multiple clients and internal projects simultaneously.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on custom product dimensions and the overall implementation process.
• Coordinate plan lead and recap internal and external meetings related to your portion of the overall project.
• Communicate with our internal and external partners through all mediums (email phone in-person) of communication. This entails communicating with confidence clarity and precision in a professional and timely manner.
• Problem solve issues as they arise regarding your portion of the overall project to ensure a timely resolution.

Requirements

• You are a self-starter who has the ability to independently problem solve adapt to change and course correct potential issues/problems with confidence and composure.
• Ability to recognize the opportunity for process improvement/standardization and to work with cross-functional teams to drive change/standardization.
• Proficiency in all MS applications especially Excel.
• Develops and maintains a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements. Where you demonstrate a partnership approach and maintain long-term mutually beneficial relationships.
• You have a problem solving attitude where you ask meaningful and relevant questions to understand problems and potential causes of complex problems.
• Demonstrates well-developed efficiency accuracy and detail orientation techniques.
• You have strong knowledge of the Dutch and English language.
• Experience in project management is desirable and affinity is required.
