Objectiveof the role

As Digitalization Manager you will define lead andoversee the digital transformation within the R&D organization. The rolefocuses on building a clear R&D digitalization roadmap translatingbusiness needs into practical digital initiatives. Ensuring that digitalizationprojects are delivered in line with strategic priorities.

Youwill play a key role in improving R&D processes strengthening projectgovernance enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting the adoptionof digital tools across technical teams. Acting as a bridge between R&DIT leadership and external partners you will help ensure that digitalinitiatives create measurable value for product development simulationcapabilities knowledge sharing and overall R&D performance.

Your tasks

• Develop and maintain the R&D digitalization roadmap in line with business needs and strategic priorities.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve R&D processes through digital tools AI applications and data-driven solutions.
  
• Lead and coordinate digital and AI projects ensuring they are delivered within scope timeline and objectives.
  
• Monitor project progress milestones risks resources and deliverables and report updates to R&D leadership.
  
• Act as the link between R&D IT and other stakeholders to ensure alignment communication and successful implementation.

Yourprofile

• Masters degree in engineering Computer Science Data Science or a related technical field
  
• Minimum 810 years of relevant experience in R&D
  
• Strong leadership and multi-project management capability
  
• Good understanding of digital transformation in R&D environments including AI/ML concepts data analytics simulation tools data management systems and digital process optimization.
  
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills
  
• Fluency in English required
