About the role
Aquablus digital portfolio spans the products our users hold the platforms our clients and partners run on and the tools our own crew works with every day: AURA in users hands our dispensers digital surfaces and the platform connecting hundreds of deployed systems. As a Digital Product Builder you own a slice of that portfolio end to end.
Builder means exactly that. You dont hand a spec to a team and wait. You run discovery with users and stakeholders decide what to build then build it with AI agents as your primary collaborator and ship it to real users. Then you measure learn and go again. The platform underneath you makes shipping fast and safe by default; your job is to point that speed at the right problems.
This is a product role with a builders toolkit and you operate it independently: you plan prioritise and execute your surface without needing direction and you raise the bar for how product work gets done here. The other builders learn from watching how you run discovery and make calls. The product judgment is yours: what matters for whom in what order and how youll know it worked. The execution is also yours: working software in users hands shipped by you.
This role reports into our Head of Digital Product.
Job requirements
What Youll Build & Own
Digital product surfaces end to end: From user problem to shipped feature to measured outcome. You own the what the why and the build.
Discovery & product decisions: Talk to users clients and internal teams. Turn ambiguity into a sharp problem definition and a prioritised path. Kill ideas that dont earn their place.
Shipping with AI: Prototype in hours ship in days. You build the features you define using AI agents across the full loop specs code testing iteration.
Stakeholder alignment: Keep the people who depend on your surface informed and bought in from leadership to the teams who use what you ship.
Raising the PM bar: Model full-loop product management for the builder group how you run discovery prioritise and hold yourself to outcomes becomes how we work.
Outcomes: Usage retention adoption you define what success looks like per feature and hold yourself to it.
What You Bring
Real product management experience. Youve owned a product or surface through discovery prioritisation delivery and iteration on something live with users and stakeholders who depended on you.
Youve built working product with AI agents and can show it. A shipped app a live tool a product in users hands where AI was your primary collaborator. Well ask for the demo and how your setup works.
Product judgment under ambiguity: you can take a vague problem space structure it and decide without waiting for someone to hand you requirements.
You make others better: peers pick up sharper product habits from working alongside you and you share how you work openly.
Enough technical fluency to build: youre comfortable in code with AI at your side even if engineering wasnt your title.
You communicate clearly with users engineers and leadership and you adjust the altitude to the audience.
You learn fast and ship under uncertainty: youve adopted tools in the last six months that didnt exist a year ago.
We dont care what your last title was. We care what youve shipped and what happened after you shipped it.
Nice to have
Experience with connected hardware IoT or physical-digital products
B2B platform or partner-facing product experience
Experience in a scale-up or fast-moving product org
