Data Scientist Transaction Monitoring

We are seeking a Data Scientist specialized in transaction monitoring to join our team. You will develop and improve the transaction monitoring data model and work with largescale data pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the transaction monitoring data model for global data sources.

• Write and optimise productionready PySpark code to process large data flows at scale.

• Help build and maintain a monorepository and onboard new regions to the data model.

• Coordinate with data producers across Rabobank to ensure data quality and availability.

• Collaborate with developers creating transaction monitoring logic providing reliable data.

Required qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience.

• Experience as a Data Scientist or Data Engineer.

• Strong proficiency with Python and PySpark.

• Professional proficiency in English and strong communication skills.

• Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Mathematics Information Studies or a comparable STEM field.

Nice to have

• Experience in an IT environment.

• Experience with Databricks.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure.

• Knowledge of medallion architecture.
