Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Specialists to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. Depending on the project you may provide customer service after-sales support technical assistance claims support or support for business customers

Working Location: Athens or Thessaloniki Greece
Work Model: On-site
Language: Dutch C1/C2level
English: B2C1 depending on the project
Salary: *14-months gross/month bonus(depending on the project)Full relocation package (4 weekshotel accommodationairport pick upflight ticketreal estate agency fee)
Working Schedule: MondayFriday with occasional weekend shifts. 5 days/week 8 hours/day 2 rotative days off.

• Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional support.
• Resolve product account payment and technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries refunds repairs and claims.
• Manage customer cases and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and meet service quality standards.

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level both written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2C1 level depending on the project.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working with computers CRM systems and multiple digital tools.
