Customer Service Representative –

Job Description:

People Hive is supporting a global customer-experience outsourcing company in Greece in the search for 3040 Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives for the a leading global travel platform Customer Service Guest (CSG) team.

You will handle guest-facing support (booking issues cancellations questions and problem resolution) via phone email and chat.

Critical Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2)
• Customer-facing experience (customer service hospitality retail or similar)
• Excellent communication skills and service-oriented attitude
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn CRM tools quickly
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends
• Already based in Greece with a stable internet connection

Working arrangement: Remote after on-site training (home working possible after 90 days based on performance)

Salary: 1500 per month (x14 salaries gross)
