Bambelo aims to become The Destination Platform for Consumer Services in Europe. We achieve this through dozens of comparison and service platforms across Europe.

We are currently active in the Netherlands Belgium Spain France and Italy and we have ambitious plans to expand further across Europe.

From our office in the center of Breda we connect consumers with trusted service providers. Our platforms help consumers easily find the right professional whether it is a real estate agent painter or another service provider.

Our core strengths are lead generation and relationship management bringing supply and demand closer together.

As a French-speaking Customer Service Representative you will be in direct contact with consumers who have submitted a request through one of our platforms.

You mainly contact customers by phone. By asking open and relevant questions and listening carefully you find out exactly what the customer is looking for.

You compare their request with the services offered by our partners and determine which category the request belongs to. You then make sure all relevant information is correctly recorded in our CRM system.

Your responsibilities include:

• Contacting French-speaking customers by phone

• Asking the right questions to understand their situation and needs

• Helping customers with questions about their request or our platform

• Assessing and categorizing customer requests

• Handling customer service and return requests

• Recording relevant information accurately in our CRM system

• Using your communication skills to create the best possible match between consumers and our partners

• Supporting customers via email when needed

You dont need previous customer service experience. We will teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is that you enjoy talking to people and feel comfortable picking up the phone.

Dutch is not required for this role. Our working language is English and youll mainly speak French with our customers.

This is a part-time on-call position (oproepbasis) of 12 to 20 hours per week you decide how many hours youre available. Right now this role is weekdays only: no evening shifts and no weekend work. Youll be trained on-site at our office in Breda for the first 2 to 4 weeks on weekdays during daytime hours. Every month youll agree on your schedule together with your manager.

Were looking for someone who enjoys customer contact and speaks French fluently.

• Native French (spoken and written)

• You live within approximately 2030 km of Breda

• Available on-call for 1220 hours per week on weekdays (no evenings or weekends required)

• You enjoy phone conversations and genuine customer contact

• You are organized and know how to prioritize

• You are proactive independent and solution-oriented

• You feel confident making customer service phone calls

• No experience No problem well teach you everything you need to know
