Youll own the CRO strategy lead client conversations and work with our researcher designers and developers to bring your ideas to life.

What will your day-to-day look like

• Own the CRO strategy and testing roadmap for your clients.
• Turn customer research and funnel data into clear prioritised hypotheses.
• Brief designers and developers on experiments landing pages and improvements.
• Lead client calls present ideas and guide decisions with confidence.
• Work with our operations team to keep feedback approvals and test launches moving.
• Evaluate experiments communicate results and turn learnings into the next opportunity.

Your goal: help our clients generate more revenue from their existing traffic.

You bring the curiosity. And the ability to turn it into action.

• Proven experience in e-commerce CRO and A/B testing.
• Analytical thinking creativity and an understanding of customer psychology.
• A solid grasp of testing statistics and how to interpret results.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
• An independent organised working style with ownership and follow-through.
• Familiarity with Shopify GA4 Microsoft Clarity and Intelligems or similar tools.
• Curiosity about using AI to improve research analysis and your workflow.

Fluent English is required. Dutch is a plus.
