Content Operations Coordinator

About this role:

The Content Operatoris responsible forexecuting and continuously improving the operational workflows that enable Studios to createlocaliseand publish high-quality learning and product content at scale.

The role combines hands-on execution with operational improvement. The Content Operator works directly in content productionlocalisationand publishing processes whileidentifyingopportunities to simplifystandardiseand automate repetitive work through AItoolingand smarter workflows.

By understanding operational processes in detail the Content Operator helps build a scalable content operation that supports predictable releases high quality and continuous improvement across multiple languages and markets.

This role is part time: 24 hours a week.

Whatyoulldo:

• Run content workflows for learning contentlocalisationand product content preparingorganisingand publishing across multiple librarieslanguagesand release environments on time and to standard.

• Improve and repetitive manual work and streamline it with AItemplatesand automation. Help build scalable processes and document standards as they evolve.

• Coordinate across between Studios Product and external localisation partnersmonitorcontent and translation quality and resolve bottlenecks to keep releases on track.

This role is for you if you have:

• Some experience in operations content managementlocalisationor digital production wereopen to different paths here including early-career candidates

• Comfortable working with AI tools like ChatGPT or similar LLMs

• Experience with Excel GoogleSheetsor structured datasets

• Familiarity with CMS platforms and project tools (JiraAirtable Notion or similar)

• Experience with localisation platforms (CrowdinLokaliseSmartling) or workflow automation tools (Make Zapier n8n) is a plus

• Strong digital literacy and comfort picking up new systems quickly
