The team

This role is a key part of the Global REFM (Real Estate & Facilities Management) team reporting to the Senior Construction Project Manager. You will be instrumental in delivering the strategic agenda for Mars Petcares 2030 goals. Youll work in a dynamic environment covering the North West Europe region (France Netherlands Belgium Denmark Sweden and Norway) and collaborating closely with architects engineers the Senior Cost and Programme Manager and Regional PMO teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

What were looking for
  • 8 years in a Construction Project Delivery leadership role with proven success in delivering projects on time and to budget.

  • Strong knowledge of EU French Danish Dutch Belgian and Swedish construction health and safety legislation.

  • Experience with diverse project types including developer-led projects greenfield refurbishments and asset replacement roll-outs.

  • Willingness to travel across Europe as required for project success.

  • Nice to have: Pan-European project scope experience and multilingual skills (especially English French / Dutch / Danish / Swedish) are strong assets.
