With short-end preparation times simple ingredients and limited preparation steps our assortment is incredibly intelligent and facilitates fast service.

As a Chef de Partie youll help prepare and plate the dishes coming out of our Living Kitchen making sure everything looks great and tastes even better.

WHEN YOULL BE ON

You enjoy working different hours as the Living Kitchen is open from 7:00 to 22:00 serving breakfeast brunch lunch and dinner.

• Morning Shift (AM Shift): 06:30 to 15:00 or 07:00 to 15:30.

• Evening Shift (PM Shift): 15:00 to 23:30.

WE LOVE PEOPLE WHO...

• Show their creativity through their passion for food and never settle for less.

• Can juggle many tasks at the same time while remaining cool headed and warm hearted.

• Have experience in working independently and dont believe intraditional kitchen hierarchies.

• Enjoy working in an open kitchen and love to chat up a storm with our residents.

• Have experience in healthy homestyle cooking vegetarian cooking skills are a plus.

• Have provable knowledge of various cooking techniques.
  

A FEWMUST HAVES

• You have working experience in a Chef (Chef de Partie) position.

• You have experience with implementing the local HACCP guidelines.

• You are fluent in English other languages are a plus.

• You are an EU resident or have a working and living permit valid for the Netherlands.

• You are flexible as youll have no fixed working days / hours.
